Documenting the Original Alignment of your Existing Encoder on the Servo Motor. The Original Encoder/ Feedback System should Not have been Distrubed/ taken off.

Else we would not be able to Document the original Alignment. We have specialized checking instruments to check for Motor Feedback Encoder/ resolver - Pulsecoder Working- Documenting the results and Reporting. We would document the results and send with the motor. Customer should collect the Motor - Repaired/ or Unrepaired at own.

Cost within 31 days of informing them. Failing which we will dispose off the motor. If the Encoder is Faulty then we would report the findings and motor would not be Run Tested. Test is limited by Availalbity of Connectors/ Cables / Amperes of our Testing Bench Setup. Check with your Motor model number if it is possible. Site Visit is Not included We may be able help you at the site in UAE (Dubai ABuDhabi Sharjah Al Ain UAQ RAK or Fujairah) at additional charges of AED 400 Per Hour.
