Servo Motor "Repair Service" at Dubai = "Encoder Checking/Re-Align & RunTest". Encoder or Any other Servo Motors Spare Parts needed for Repair is to be provided by Customer or to Be Paid Extra. This is Alignment/ installation Service for Encoder/ Resolver Only.

The Scope of Repair service = "Encoder Checking / Re-Align & Run Test" Dubai. We offer here ONLY SERVICE - NO Spare part / Encoder or Feedback system is included in the offer. Also No Other Servo motor part is included. It is ONLY service Cost.

IF you have many motors of same kind or Different kinds.. Documenting the Original Alignment of your Existing Encoder on the Servo Motor. The Original Encoder/ Feedback System should Not have been Distrubed/ taken off. Else we would not be able to Document the original Alignment.

We have specialized checking instruments to check for Motor Feedback Encoder/ resolver - Pulsecoder Working- Documenting the results and Reporting. We would document the results and send with the motor. Customer should collect the Motor - Repaired/ or Unrepaired at own. Cost within 31 days of informing them. Failing which we will dispose off the motor. If the Encoder is Faulty then we would report the findings and motor would not be Run Tested.

Test is limited by Availalbity of Connectors/ Cables / Amperes of our Testing Bench Setup. Check with your Motor model number if it is possible.

Site Visit is Not included We may be able help you at the site in UAE (Dubai ABuDhabi Sharjah Al Ain UAQ RAK or Fujairah) at additional charges of AED 400 Per Hour. Additional terms and conditions do apply- ask for detals.

Hundreds of Encoders in Stock. In most cases it will take us same day.. 1-3 days to complete the job. In case we do not have the Feedback Connection cable then it would require 7-10 days to get the cable and test / check your encoder.
