Our techs will be replacing the broken back glass of your iPhone; generally the same day it's received. We do not fix/repair bent phones. The process is intensive and requires a high level of skill and specialized equipment. We have always used top-quality parts with our repairs, yours will be no different. The new glass will be bonded with original bonding adhesive to ensure long term use. Before mailing in your device, check the housing and make sure it is not bent to the extent that it is visually visible. We will not work on devices of the described condition. We will not unbend or repair damaged/cracked frames. Also as we do not open up your device to work on the back glass we are not responsible for functionality issues. FRONT SCREEN REPLACEMENT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS SERVICE! If your front screen is broken, or you have other repairs needed, we offer discounted rates on the additional repair(s).

Please ask us for a quote prior to sending. Phones received with broken screens, or other damages/issues, will be sent back in the same condition but with the paid service completed. (cameras, charging port, wireless charging, speakers, vibrate, all radios/wifi/bluetooth/cellular, etc).

Found to be damaged or not working properly prior to repair, other than service you choose, we will reach out to you first to discuss options. We will need the lock screen passcode to complete our check in process OR you'll need wipe the device so we can do so.

If passcode is not provided or device isn't wiped we ARE NOT responsible for other issues with the device. We will check the device into our system for internal record keeping as well, we can send a copy to you upon request. Allows for adhesive to set properly.

Upon receiving, our technicians will verify working functionality of your device before repair process. After completion, tracking will be updated.
