We will need the lock screen passcode to complete our check in process OR you'll need wipe the device so we can do so. If passcode is not provided or device isn't wiped we ARE NOT responsible for other issues with the device.

We will check the device into our system for internal record keeping as well, we can send a copy to you upon request. Upon receiving, our technicians will verify working functionality of your device before repair process.

After completion, tracking will be updated. You receive your repaired device.
